Due to growing emphasis on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting has elevated the importance of workforce metrics for corporate sustainability reporting, especially after the introduction of the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) structure by Securities and Exchange Board of India. The current research focuses on examining the linkages between employee turnover and training dimensions, based on secondary data collected from BRSR reports spanning for between 2023-2025. In particular, the study attempts to analyze and investigate the effect of different training metrics – Health and Safety training, Skills Upgradation training, and Human Rights Issues and Policy training as an Independent Variables – on employee turnover as Dependent Variables. The research follows an empirical research design. Purposive sampling technique is used, considering a sample size of 250 organizations chosen from the listed organizations from Bombay Stock Exchange. Correlation and simple linear regression statistical analysis is applied to test hypotheses regarding variables. Based on the results, the study finds that different dimensions of training are not significantly reduce the attrition rate. Therefore, companies should plan different training dimensions which can motivate the employees as well skills required to be in the company.
