In today's cutthroat economy, employee engagement and training are becoming important factors that determine organizational efficiency. While formal training programs provide them the necessary information, skills, and competencies to perform, engaged employees are likely to be very dedicated, motivated, and focused on the objectives of the company. This study examines the relationship between employee engagement, training initiatives, and overall productivity in various firms. It also shows how combining psychological engagement with skill development results in a motivated and effective workforce. According to the research, companies that use engagement tactics—such as acknowledgment, collaborative decision-making, and encouraging leadership—in conjunction with ongoing training are probably going to see improved performance results, lower employee attrition, and more creativity. The current study shows that technical proficiency and employees' emotional attachment to their work and surroundings both influence productivity. Therefore, combining full-circle training with engagement activities is a sustainable way to maximize organizational performance.
