Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping governance by enabling smarter, faster, and data-driven decision-making in public administration. This study investigates the potential of AI-driven systems to enhance public service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen accountability while addressing the challenges of cybersecurity, ethical considerations, and social acceptance. By examining AI technologies, predictive analytics, and automated governance tools, the research highlights the opportunities for optimized resource allocation, responsive policymaking, and citizen-centered administration. The study also identifies barriers including algorithmic bias, data security concerns, and public trust issues, emphasizing the need for ethical frameworks and robust governance mechanisms to ensure responsible AI adoption in government systems.
